LifeTones of Kråkbär — Into The New

Kråkbär — the wild Black Crowberry of the Nordic highlands — is playfully inviting us into the New ✨

We begin by (virtually) climbing the mountain in Northern Sweden where this vibrant plant being originally surprised me this spring.

What was this? Could it really be a flower?!? I had never seen anything like it before.

As I laid down in the moss, they invited me into a vibrant play with frequencies. I felt them, heard them. My voice followed, and I recorded these moments in sacred play.

I call it LifeTones. The Essence of the plant coming through as music, vocalisations, in resonance with the deep sacred current of Life Force, reminding us of who we are.

Now I've turned our play into an experience into the New. In resonance with the Essence of who you truly are.

A Flower Frequency Immersion Including:

• 5 LifeTones of Kråkbär arriving in your email once a week, as short videos (between 1 and 5 minutes).
  Immerse yourself. Listen as you feel called. Receive in stillness, movement, silence, sound. Play at home in your own unique way.
• 3 LIVE soundbath gatherings, online. A vibrant space for activation & harmonisation, where you can rest in resonance, play in presence — following your flow. Co-created with crystal alchemy bowls & pyramids, voice, gongs, monochord.
  Join in silence to listen & receive, or share your experience of meeting the flower.
  All soundbaths are being recorded if you can't join live. They can be received as many times as you wish.
• A sacred group space to connect, share, receive, or simply hang around, to be in the field between gatherings, without expectations. (WhatsApp group)
