You don’t have to push anything – just invite it, and what’s appropriate for you will happen.
It could be anything around your calling to this journey, your experiences with receiving the tones, what’s been awakened, steps you’ve taken or not taken, your listening practice, your moments in silence listening to yourself, what’s been coming up during calibration & integration etc
Just notice what comes to your awareness, without judgement
(and if judgement is what’s coming up, just notice and allow that!)
Your experience is not good or bad, right or wrong – it simply IS.
If you feel any unpleasant sensations, you can breathe and allow them to flow.
(If disappointment comes up, that’s great – it’s an pointer to where you still haven’t allowed yourself to receive LOVE & LIGHT fully. The LOVE & LIGHT that your LifeTones – your Essence! – carry for all of who you are. Breathe and allow and it will open up for you!)

Upgraded You – Upgraded LifeTones
We’re expanding all the time. So maybe later on, you’ll feel called to receive an upgrade of your LifeTones. I’ll be honoured to assist! For most people, they’ll wait about 3-4 months until the next round with their LifeTones. You can feel into it, and let me know if and when you want to know more about it!
The first round is often mainly about receiving the Essence. The second is the Vision (like a map). The third is the Manfestation – allowing it all to come into physical form.
