Hi, I’m Anna,
It all started with a nudge from Hibiscus itself—through Messenger! My friend Helena Lövén bombarded me with beautiful pictures of her abundantly blooming Hibiscus, through its cycle from bud to withering.
Wow – its Essence sang to me in clear, high frequencies. I felt the deep call to give voice to them: What’s here to be communicated?
As my voice met the Essence of Hibiscus, the veils grew thinner—then vanished. The flower revealed itself in sound, in frequency, in presence. Its LifeTones emerged—light-encoded vibrations carrying its Essence beyond words. I recorded as the tones unveiled the magic.
Later, Dominique Giroux joined to edit the audiovisual transmission; the Portal to the Heart of the flower.
The result is a high vibrational recording that bypasses the mind, resonating directly with the heart, so we can remember what’s innate in us – maybe with a laugh, cry, or silly dance!
Through resonance, it awakens these frequencies within you. Flower wisdom in an easily accessible format.

LifeTones of Hibiscus Video/Audio: Every Sunday for 8 weeks, you will receive a video/audio featuring a new phase of Hibiscus’ bloom cycle.

Soundbath Gatherings: On four Tuesdays, we also meet live, online! I share a soundbath to assist us through the journey’s phases. Additionally, there will be sharing, community, toning and space for your own expression to flourish.
