Följ med in i Hibiskusens Hjärta på denna 8-veckors resa, inspirerad av blommans Livstoner. Genom ljud och video följer vi blomman från knoppens hemligheter, förvandlingen till den fulla blomningens prakt, pistillens transcendens och vissnandets stilla skönhet. En resa in i blommans Hjärta.

Så här går det till

Resan pågår mellan 30 mars och 1 juni 2025.

LifeTones of Hibiscus Video/Audio: Varje söndag under 8 veckor får du en video/audio där du möter en ny fas av Hibiskusens blomningscykel. Det är cirka 1-5 minuter långa videor/audio som du lyssnar på så ofta du vill för att aktivera & integrera & njuta av budskapet och kärnan i varje blomningsfas.

Soundbath gatherings: Fyra tisdagar träffas vi också live, online! Varje gång ett klangbad som assisterar oss genom resans faser:
Activation - Play - Celebration - Integration. Dessutom delningar, gemenskap och rum för ditt eget uttryck att blomstra.

Community: Vi har ett eget space online där vi kan dela, ta del, ses och bli sedda (privat FB-grupp)

This is what you get:

• 8 weeks live online journey together
• Every Sunday in your email: LifeTones of Hibiscus - one new phase of its blooming cycle. Bud, Opening, Pistil, Pistil’s Spin, Withering, and (new för 2025!) Seed Capsule. (1-4 minutes videos/audios with high vibrational soundcodes)
• Video/audio: LifeTones Journey to the Heart of Hibiscus, the full 15 min LifeTones & LightSounds of the complete blooming cycle.
• BIRTH - a guided LifeTones immersion/meditation to connect us deeply to The Green World and its magic & mircles (10 min audio)
• Blessing of Hibiscus: a sacred Message of Completion (2 min video by Helena Lövén, Aeracura)
• 4 live online soundbath gatherings with sharings, toning/sounding with your own voice if you like. 90 minutes on Zoom, recorded if you can’t make it live, and also to be received and played with as many times as you wish.
• Toning together to play with your own breath and/or voice in any way you feel called to, as an expression of your Uniqueness!
• A few short videos where I assist you
• Sacred space: private online community for play, exchange & assistance (FB-group)
• BONUS: 4 pre-recorded soundbaths from the 2024 Hibiscus journey
