Soundbath, Breaths & Voices

Rest in, or play with, the frequencies of my activating & harmonising instruments: gongs, crystal harp, alchemy crystal bowls, body monochord, bells, crystal pyramids etc.

Play Your Unique Way

I'll guide you in this simple play in a space where we invite curiosity and openness to let the moment inspire our breaths & voices.

Everyone can "do" this! No right, no wrong.

You can rest in your breath, hum gently or loudly, in one note or many — follow your inspirations, your body, your heart.

Your voice will naturally tune yourself to You, and give you an opportunity to receive your own Love

Everyone is welcome. No singing experience required.

Gathering Dates & Times

30 minute gatherings, simple & powerful in your everyday life, every second Tuesday until Equinox:

At 7-7.30 PM Sweden (kl 19 svensk tid) / 1 PM Eastern / 10 AM Pacific / 7 AM New Zealand (next day)

We meet for 30 minutes on Zoom of humming, breathing & sounding together.
Optional: 5-10 minutes afterwards there's room for sharing for those who like.

The calls are recorded so you can play as much as you wish
