VoxAnna AB (“VoxAnna”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with Blossom — the App, and the Blossom-related sign-up forms on our website.

1. Blossom is designed with privacy in mind

The App is primarily designed to run locally on your device. The flower content, audio and other core experiences in Blossom are not used to build a personal profile about you, and we do not collect information about how you use the App for advertising or tracking purposes.

2. Personal data we collect

Blossom does not require you to create a personal account.

We may collect your name and email address if you choose to share them:

• through a MailerLite sign-up form, accessed via a link inside the App that takes you to MailerLite (outside the App)
• through a sign-up form on our website blossom.voxanna.com, to receive the App Store link
• through a sign-up form on our website, to stay connected with Blossom even before downloading the App

This information is added to a dedicated Blossom mailing list — separate from VoxAnna’s general mailing list — and used to:

• share additional Blossom content (audios, videos, meditations)
• guide you through the Blossom experience
• invite you to Blossom-related events
• invite you to the Blossom Together Community
• send occasional emails about Blossom

You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

3. Email communications

Our email communications are managed through our email service provider, MailerLite. When you subscribe — whether through the App or through our website — your name and email address are shared with MailerLite for the purpose of sending these communications on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data collected by Apple

The Blossom App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple may collect and process information in connection with your App Store account, device and purchases according to Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

VoxAnna does not receive or store your payment card details through Blossom.

5. Data we do not collect through Blossom

Blossom does not request access to your:

• location
• contacts
• photos
• microphone
• health data

We do not use Blossom to track you across apps or websites.

6. How long we keep your data

If you subscribe to our Blossom email communications, we keep your name and email address for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete your information.

You can unsubscribe at any time. You may also contact us directly to request deletion of your personal data.

Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so.

Under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may have the right to:

Blossom is an app created by VoxAnna AB, offering audio encounters with flower LifeTones for reflection, inspiration and connection. By downloading and using Blossom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of the App

Blossom is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The content in the App — including audio, text and imagery — is offered for creative and reflective purposes.

3. Health and wellbeing

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing. Always consult a healthcare professional when making decisions related to your physical or mental health, or simply whenever you feel you need support.

Blossom is not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice of any kind.

4. Intellectual property

All content within Blossom — including LifeTones audio, flower imagery, text and design — is the property of VoxAnna AB and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute or reproduce this content outside of your personal use of the App.

5. Purchases and access

Purchases made within Blossom grant you personal, lifetime access to the flowers included in your purchase, tied to your download device, as described at the point of purchase. Purchases are handled through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

VoxAnna AB is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, as a result of using Blossom. The App is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind.
